Action mode
When life changes, PharosLife helps you focus on what matters now: who to call first, where everything is, what needs attention right away, and who's responsible for what. It walks you through the first hours, the first weeks, and beyond, so nothing is missed and nothing feels overwhelming.
Confirm next steps & obtain death certificates. Notify key contacts. Identify what needs attention right away.
Notify institutions & begin claims. Access critical accounts. Stabilize finances and responsibilities.
Navigate legal & estate processes. Transfer or update accounts. Organize assets and access.
Complete tax filings & estate settlement. Finalize transitions. Adjust to long-term changes.
No overwhelm. No guessing. Just the next right step.
Who it's for
The one holding it together
“I’m raising my kids and looking after my parents. It all runs through me.”
The sandwich generation. Three generations in one place, so everyone sees what they need and nothing lives only in your head.
“If something happens,
no one should be left guessing.”
The one planning ahead
Everything clear and usable, long before it’s urgent.
“We’re building a life.
I want it set up properly.”
The one building something new
A marriage, a first home, a new baby. PharosLife grows as your life does.
“I have to handle this.
I just don’t know where to start.”
The one left figuring it out
A step-by-step plan after a loss, from the first 24 hours through the first year.
Career & Employer Benefits
Most people can't say what their employer actually gives them. PharosLife keeps it straight: the 401(k) left behind at a job three moves ago, the coverage worth comparing at open enrollment, the HR contact you'll need next time something changes. The same section holds what families most often lose: employer life insurance, survivor income, pension instructions. The benefit no one wrote down is the benefit no one claims.
"A friend lost her husband to cancer. He had a $250,000 life insurance policy through work. She would never have known about it if a friend hadn't mentioned it."
Privacy & Security
PharosLife is built on the principle that your data belongs to you, and only you. We never sell it, never share it with third parties, never use it for advertising.
We're starting deliberately small. Today, PharosLife doesn't collect Social Security numbers, credit card numbers or document uploads. You record where things are, not the things themselves. What you enter is up to you. When we add new capabilities, they'll come with added protections, and they'll always be optional.

There's no blank form to complete and no score to reach. Add one account, one policy, one contact. Whatever you enter first is already more than your family had yesterday. PharosLife shows you what's covered, gently suggests what's worth adding next, and reminds you when something's likely changed, so your plan stays current without you having to think about it.
10 minutes today is worth more than a perfect plan you never begin.
This is going to help so many people feel so much better about their lives and their information, and it will save so much time.
My husband passed away unexpectedly a few years ago […] Having something like this Action Mode to guide me through step-by-step would have been an absolute lifesaver.
I can see this being a huge help for when my parents get older and I need to start managing more things for them.
The site is very easy to navigate with the different categories. It really covers everything which is great to keep it all organized.
I think the way you have the 10 Life Areas is brilliant. It's so comprehensive and well-organized. I haven't seen anything else that approaches it quite like this, and I think it's going to be a game-changer for people.
Going through the Action Mode steps, it's so clear that you've thought through every detail someone would need during a difficult time. It covers things I wouldn't have even considered and provides so much guidance.
The interface is so intuitive and user-friendly. Everything is clearly labeled and easy to find. You don't have to be super tech-savvy to use it, which I think is essential for a tool like this.
As an advisor working with many families, I can see PharosLife being an invaluable tool for my clients. It simplifies so many of the pain points we consistently see.
I've tried a few other digital legacy planning tools and PharosLife is by far the most user-friendly and comprehensive. It's the only one I'd trust with my family's information.
We're building PharosLife carefully and thoughtfully.

"I'm building PharosLife because I've spent decades helping organizations prepare for the unexpected, and because I'm part of the sandwich generation, raising children while caring for aging parents. Preparation is an act of love. Everyone deserves a guide."
